Masanobu Sato received his Ph.D. degree from the Kanazawa University in 2010 and joined pharmaceuticals & medical devices agency (PMDA) of Japan as a reviewer for pharmacokinetics, biopharmaceutics and clinical pharmacology in the Office of New Drug II (2010-2013). Since September 2013, he is a member of Advanced Review with Electronic Data Promotion Group to establish the review system using electronic study data.
